Tried to give them benefit of doubt, but my husband and I both ordered the fillet, med rare. It was burnt. I’ve had better steak at Waffle House..... Manager didn’t care, I asked for refund he told me no....I asked for different steak, he said no.....don’t waste your time here. Go next door!!!!
Was excited to come here, because of the advertising, and some "claims" that this restaurant was great. Went on a Saturday about 6pm, ordered a T-bone steak, asked for medium rare. Received steak, and it wasn't red in the center. Nor was the outside warm. Steak was tender, but not being warm and over cooked kinda made it gross. Bill for 3 people was about 75 dollars. 2 adults and a child. The menu is in a cool shape but not many choices. Won't go back if I'm in the area.
Great service and food. Love the neon signs. The charred sugar coated steak was fantastic. If you're in Williams, stop in here.
Went for a birthday dinner. A little more expensive than I would normally go for, but the food was awesome! It was well worth it! Staff were friendly and the wait wasn't bad.
I have to admit, the bad reviews for this restaurant almost had us skip our dinner at Rod’s steakhouse.. Our dinner was fabulous. We loved the restaurant, decor and the service. Our waitress Nancy was wonderful. Everyone received a juicy delicious steak which was cooked exactly to how we ordered. I am not sure if other reviews were extra picky or maybe just did not like their experience at Rod’s. We are so glad we did not let the negative comments deter us from having a wonderful dining experience. We had a Birthday to celebrate and our waitress surprised us with a fabulous slice of cake. This was a perfect meal for our last night in Williams, AZ.
