This is actually at the Loves truck stop next to Subway. They had only three staff to take care of both drive thru and dine in customers. Staff was too slow and overwhelmed by the growing line. Was giving priority to drive thru as the line got longer. The old lady couldn’t handle the pressure and was messing up orders. Gave me the wrong pickup number and argued that I got it wrong when she gave me the number herself. Poor service and bad attitude. Never going to any Carl’s in future.
I only give this a 1 star because Google is not up with the times by allowing negative stars.

It's good food. But service is slow they liked to talk a lot with in the crew.
Waited 20 minutes for a hamburger, lady before me was there 30 minutes for chicken sandwich. They had 8 people working and were still incompetent.
Slow beyond belief! Just plain stupid staff!
