Room was clean, staff was very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. I love that you have hard floors--I am surprised someone hadn't thought of that a long time ago--I think it is just better in every way than carpet.

Not only are your prices reasonable, I've had several good experiences with Motel 6--to the point where I tend to look for you first.

I took one point off on the cleanliness question, but only because there was a slight odor in the room--perhaps from smokers that didn't follow the no-smoking rule. It was really not particularly objectionable, so really not a problem--but I wanted to let you know.

Me and my kids totally love the stay! Very clean rooms very friendly and helpful staff and maids. Right in Williams downtown lots of restaurants and dinners. We will definitely be back next year!!

When checking in I learned there is no fridge in the room. When talking to the manager, Annie, the next day, I was told I could have put my food in the guest fridge by the check-in desk. I didn't know about this and the girl checking me in did not volunteer this info, despite me voicing concern that my food would spoil. The pool opened late and closed fairly early, one day it wasn't open at all. When I mentioned this to the manager she at first was very condescending, later conceded to give a partial adjustment to the bill of $20. When checking the bill I noticed a $20 hospitality bill had been added and then taken off. The overall bill came to the exact amount that booking. com had originally provided. So, thanks for nothing, Annie. She was quite rude and barely looked at me when stating that, after all, it is only a Moel 6. Given the price, I expected more. I had booked for three adults, the room contained two comfy beds, and the room was clean, but there was only a half round table, two hard seat chairs. That's it. No dresser, no coffee maker, no mini fridge, no hair dryer, nothing. All of our luggage sat on the floor, some of the other stuff was on the tiny table. The breakfast room was large and there was access to a very small microwave and coffee. The only creamer was powdered stuff. The next section of my trip I stayed at a La Quinta, and for only $10 more per night all three of us were provided with breakfast, different creamers, a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron and board, bathroom necessities, and comfy chairs in the room. Their check-in staff was top notch and friendly and received a well deserved 5 This here was not your typical next to the freeway Motel 6, but tried to be a bit more upscale, so yes, I was disappointed. I gave the stars to commend the cleaning staff for having done a great job, and yes, the beds were comfy. Just don't expect anything. It is dog friendly, however, and during breakfast we chatted with a very nice older gentleman who had brought his adorable and friendly little dog.

Great Motel 6 located at the western end of the cute town of Williams, AZ. Rooms were large and clean. Very friendly staff. We stayed here because they are pet friendly, and we were going to the Grand Canyon. It takes about one hour to get there, and the drive is beautiful along the way. Try to leave time to meander Route 66 which is where the motel is located. When in Williams, eat the The Pine Country Restaurant for home cooked meals (best country fried steak ever) and amazing pies. The Route 66 Diner was nice because of location and the outside seating, but it is way overpriced and mediocre food. The whole town is neat to walk through so enjoy the town. It was the best one we visited off of Route 66. Only downside: no breakfast and coffee wasn't good

The staff both night and day were excellent. We needed a mechanic and were told where to go. It was taken care of and we were able to make it home safe and sound. Thanks to the AM clerk who told us. It was the Class of 1957 reunion along with the school being 100. We were very comfortable and thank the staff for us as they made our stay very pleasant. Thanks
