We passed thru Williams and my friend left her day planner notebook with her cash, credit cards, EVERYTHING in it there. When we realized it was missing, 100 miles later, we called and Sherry (who worked there) had it and had tried calling us the minute it was found. She said she would mail it to us ASAP. It arrived 2 days later with everything in it, nicely packed. My friend had felt so confident in them, that she did not even immediately cancel her credit cards, as most people might have.
Not too many people you can count on to do such an honest and effective job of the situation. Thank you SO MUCH Sherry and Sandaval Shell. Aside from this they were very kind, polite and helpful.
Didn't have a reason to complain , had to get new brakes install on one of the sides....didn't take long
Excellent service. I had a flat tire at 6am at my hotel. Walked to Sandoval's and they were open, drove me back to my car, took the damaged tire off and back to the shop. They drove me and the new tire back to the car and put it on. They had me stop by later to check the pressure in the other tires. I was very pleased and impressed.
Wow!! They were great. Tire pressure light came on they checked and filled, got me on my way in moments. Also great tip on local breakfast place!!
