Such friendly folks. They were there when we needed them most. When we came the next day to remove our belongings from our smashed up car, they were very nice and told us the next steps we needed to take.
Sheister. Crook. Rip off. Highway robbery. Words that come to mind when I think of Grand Canyon Towing. We were driving in the back roads 15 minutes away from this business and after a call to AAA, I was told they would not be able to help. I called GCT at 3pm. Waited until 330 before the driver called to say he was "getting ready." At 445, an HOUR and 15 minutes later he finally arrived. Again, the shop is 15 minutes away. For FOUR HUNDRED dollars you'd think they would be faster and friendlier. Nope. $300 to pull the truck out (15 minutes) and an extra "trip charge" of $100 to make the 15 minute drive. Absolutely ridiculous. Sheister. Crook. Rip off. Highway robbery!
My boyfriend and I stupidly got our van stuck on a back road with the temp at 28F and the sun long gone. Randall came to our rescue despite the late hour and our awkward positioning and literally saved us from spending the night in the below freezing temperature in the middle of nowhere. Randall was nonplussed by the weather, was so kind to us and got the job done super efficiently. If you ever find yourself in a tight spot in the Grand Canyon area, I doubt there's a problem Randall couldn't solve!
