Completely rude! They have messed up our order several times before, but I try to give a couple of chances. Guess I'm the fool. The girl on drive-thru started with "What can I get you?" Extremely rude sounding, no hello, no welcome, nothing. Then I started talking and I get "I can't hear you." Also sounding rude. I left after that. Apparently customer service is rare anymore. Sad.
Employee yelled at us a few times through the intercom because he couldn't hear us, told us to speak up, we said we were talking very loud and he said well either way you gotta talk louder. Was very rude and kept talking back to us so we decided to take our business to McDonald's across the street.
Fantastic! It's actually a Taco-bell and KFC together. Great to combine both. Friendly staff, clean.
