So happy to finally find a pizza hut with a buffet but left disappointed. Sat down at 12pm, server said more items would be replenished at the buffet. A few pizzas did come out but pasta had been sitting for a while breadsticks (both types) and sat totally empty. At 1240 the server overheard me mention that, asked if I'd like more, but then told me there was only 15 minutes left so they couldn't bring out more. I would have been understanding if it hadn't been empty for the last 20 minutes prior.
This is the WORST customer service I've experienced. I called before it was closing time, only to have the person who answered hang up on me. When I called again, the person then said they were closed and I couldn't order. We ended up going to Little Italy down the street for pickup. AND THE PIZZA HUT WAS STILL OPEN!
I got there and the restaurant was empty, they took my order and took 55 minutes to get a an cooked pizza, it looked like a frozen pizza.

Love this place huge dining area. Serves a lunch buffet from 11:30am -1pm daily
I would HIGHLY advise ANYONE to drive a little further up the street to the Little Italy. Better food, better customer service, better overall quality.
Also, the family of the waitress showed up 10 minutes later then me and they got their order first!!
Horrible pizza and horrible service,
Horrible service. The staff were all in the back area laughing away as costumers waited to be seated and to pay for their meals. Multiple people left after waiting several minutes after trying to get the staffs attention. A group had to leave cash because they couldn't wait any longer for the server to return. I would suggest you think of getting food elsewhere.
