if i could give this place no stars i would, super unorganized and very rude it takes them 3 days for you to make an appointment. Honestly the worst place ever ....id recoment everyone take a drive out to flagstaff NCHC its worth it
I went into the urgent care, was checked in and seen by the doctor very quickly, however that is the end of any good experience I had during my visit. After describing my symptoms to the nurse and doctor and being unable to walk due to severe pain, they gave me a mild antibiotic and a pain med that did nothing, and sent me on my way. I had to call someone to come pick me up because I could not drive due to the pain and nausea.
Better off calling an ambulance if you can't drive to flagstaff.
I was there yesterday and the doctor was great but the receptionist was very rude and the see acted make want to cancel all of my appointments and take my business to somewhere else to get my ankle checked
Misdiagnosis and inadequate care almost cost me my life, and apparently is not an uncommon occurrence at this facility.

Less than 24 hours later I was in the ER in Flagstaff and being life flighted to a Phoenix hospital for my life threatening condition.
My wife broke her ankle at the nearby hotel. They sent us here for xrays and to immobilize her foot. The place was not crowded, they were very professional and yet sympathetic. They made a very bad day for us much better.
