Rented the 2004 Jeep Cherokee for one day as we were staying local in our motor home. I had made reservations prior and knew the year of my rental that had 181,000 miles on it. It was not cheap by the standards of renting a current model year SUV but the closet rental was in Flagstaff and we had no way of getting it unless we wanted to disconnect the RV just to get it. The staff was friendly every time we called and they delivered and picked up from our site, Grand Canyon Railway RV park. For a 13 year old car it was clean and road fine, just wish we had a newer unit. Overall no problems with renting or the car. Thanks
The vehicle we rented had 184000 miles. The check engine light was on. The low tire pressure light was on. The brakes shuttered as you tried to stop. We tried calling their emergency light but no one ever called us back.
Left voice mail messages over and over, asking for emergency car rental. My call was NEVER returned. The voice mail indicated they were open for business until Sept. 30th, 2017 and I called on Sept. 19th. A courtesy call would have surely been in order, even if they didn't have a vehicle to rent! Very sad way to conduct a business.
